How do I get started with Aiena?

Download the app from the App Store, create an account, and complete the onboarding questionnaire. Aiena will generate personalized workout and nutrition plans based on your goals and preferences.

Can I customize my workout plans?

Absolutely! While Aiena creates AI-powered plans tailored to you, you can always adjust exercises, swap workouts, or request new plans that better fit your schedule and equipment.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Aiena supports various dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more. Simply update your preferences in the app, and all meal plans will be customized accordingly.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted, and we never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime directly through your device's subscription settings (App Store settings for iOS). Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
